Occupational Therapy

Lime Occupational Therapists (OT) are health care professionals who help people to do everyday activities. Occupational Therapists must be registered with AHPRA (Australia Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) to work in Australia.

Typically, people who access OT services have experienced an illness, injury, or age-related changes that are getting in the way of them doing the things they want to do – work, play, study, domestic chores, or recreational tasks.

The changes experienced might be physical, psychological, social, cognitive or developmental. Our OT’s help people participate in everyday activities through adapting the environment, modifying the task, teaching and building the skill, or educating the individual or family. We work in a variety of community and health care settings in the Sunraysia region, with people of all ages.
