Jess Ough leads Lime Therapy’s Paediatric Team known as "Lime Legends". As a qualified teacher with over 20 years of experience, Jess brings a deep understanding of child development and education to her leadership role.

Lime Legends is built on a foundation of interdisciplinary collaboration, ensuring that children and their families receive cohesive, holistic care that fosters meaningful progress and positive outcomes.

Jess works with children and their families on emotional regulation, sensory processing, behaviour support (home and school settings), social skills development, school readiness, learning behaviours and engagement, play skills and fine motor development to support writing.

Her experience supports both clinical practice and team development, ensuring high-quality and child-centred care.
